Dear developers, due to maintenance work, we have an expected downtime (for at least limited availability) for all our services (including the API) on 26.11.2024 11:00PM till 27.11.2024 06:00AM.

we would like to inform that the API was down last night from 17.11.2024 11:00PM till 18.11.2024 04:00AM.

The root cause was an update which led to a failure of our internal system.

Dear developers, we would like to inform you that it seems our interface is currently affected by an internal incident, leading to an error. We are trying to resolve the issue with high pressure and will keep you updated.

we would like to inform you that we had a disruption of our services on 11.11.2024 from 07:15AM till 15:27PM. This disruption resulted in an error rate of 25% of the requests.

the plannend maintenance on 24.11.2024 will be postponed.
